The short video below shows a mid to late game example of our archer build in action, taking down a group of tough bandits in mere seconds. Instead, it’s a versatile combat archer, who can drop foes in one shot in sneak – but when all hell breaks loose – can also conjure powerful allies, slow time and take down enemies in the heat of battle. I wanted to do something slightly different though, so what follows is not your standard sneak archer build. This is funny because left to my own devices I’m probably most drawn to playing an archer in Skyrim and other RPGs. Perhaps because of these meme associations, I realised recently that I’ve written an “ultimate build guide” for almost every build you can think of in Skyrim ( Mage, Spellsword, Two-Handed, Unarmed, Vampire, Illusion Dagger Assassin), except for an archer. Why? Probably because it’s a fun playstyle that allows you to take down enemies from a distance with large damage multipliers thanks to Sneak perks. The den is big enough to espace and farm easily. If you’ve been playing Skyrim for a while, and joined any sort of online community dedicated to the game, you’ve almost certainly come across the stealth archer meme.įor those unfamiliar with the meme, the gist of it is that no matter what intentions you hold going into a fresh Skyrim playthrough, one inevitably ends up becoming a stealth archer. Do not engage into fights against Tarentula Bosses, do not try to reach the top of the nest, stay in the comfort zone. But don't forget you are not invincible and above all, you are arachnophobic! Don't fight LV20 Runic Voracious Spiders if you have slightly doubts about your ability to defeat them. The point of my tips is to give you a sense of control when going in the den. I hope I helped you, I'm sorry if I made any mistakes, English is not my mothertongue :/ The den is big enough to espace and farm easily. Remember that the cobweb in the den is fake, it's the results of the work of the Hypixel Building Team! Minecraft Spiders don't have hair, nor fangs. I'm not the best at this game but I used to go with the Spicy reforge.Įven if the spiders are pretty "natural looking" with your texture pack, try your best to dissociate IRL and IVL spiders. Of course, don't forget to REFORGE to get extra perks. It will deal a pretty good amount of damages so you can almost decide which spider dies and which one doesn't. If you are early-game or early-mid-game, consider using an Spider Sword with Bane of the Athropods V (and First Strike). It will give you the opportunity to jump away from the spiders if the panic attack is coming. I also recommend getting Feather Falling on your boots or at least a Feather Talisman. I personally use an Aspect of The End my brother-in-law gave me, but if you have some spare money, go to the Action House.Ībout the Grapplin Hook: We all know that String VII is required to craft it, so ask in the main hub if someone is selling a Grapplin Hook. To escape from overwhelming situations, we'll need mo-bi-li-ty. You will not panick seeing your life quickly decrease and you'll taste what is it to be in control in such a situation.Įxtra health, extra defense, that's what we are looking for! Get at least 75 of them in the Hub, the Deep Caverns or the Park. Having good defenses will help you facing the hard moments where all the spiders are attacking you. I combined it with Protection V and Growth V to get extra bulk. The goal was to reach Diamond 7 so I can craft the Hardened Diamond armor, which give a great amount of Health. I spent hours in the Obsidian Sanctuary to get loads of Diamonds.

Hi everyone, I've been searching for such a topic but didn't find any, so here are my tips to deal with arachnophobia in Spider's Den!ĭisclaimer: I'm an arachnophobic myself, such an arachnophobic that I used to have panic attack going in this zone.Īnd yes, I know, it's sad that we must prepare ourselves way more than the non-arachnophobic players but that's how life is comrade.
